Wanting to bring luxury and custom design to more people, AT Design Collaborative, LLC was founded. We provide services including initial feasibility studies or property reports, all the way to permitting and construction documentation.
Sticking true to our roots and passion, our favorite project is a modern, sleek home that incorporates natural views, lighting and fresh air. Life is to short to not enjoy the natural wonders around us.
What started off as playing Zoo Tycoon on the computer, quickly evolved to “designing” homes before I was even 10 years old when I got a home designing software. Admittedly, these were probably very poorly designed with toys and candy being at the forefront, the interest and passion was established.
When my family moved out of state, I would come back and visit San Diego every summer. While visiting, I would go to work with my aunt, also an architect, and get to learn about the industry and see it in action, even furthering my love and passion for it. By the time I reached high school, I knew without a doubt it was what I wanted to and took every drafting and architecture class available to me.
When I got old enough to really understand architecture, I quickly fell in love with Frank Lloyd Wrights designs. While living in Eastern Pennsylvania, my family would often take vacations around the East Coast, many of which involved seeing at least one or two projects by the famous architect.

Architecture is an elegant process that takes time. We believe the clients should be involved every step of the way, that no question is to dumb and that every step should be taken to truly develop a dream. Our process allows us to do this and make sure you get exactly what you want.
Connection.
Every project should start with CONNECTION. While working with us, we not only want to get to know you for your project, but we want to know you at a personal level and building lasting relationships. Our theory is if we know who you are as a person, your hobbies, interests, or motivations, then we can build an even better suited project for you. Allowing us to do this gives us the ability to foresee ideas you may not have thought of. But it isn’t all about us getting to know you, we want you to get to know us so that you feel comfortable asking or suggesting things.
Understanding.
We want to form an UNDERSTANDING of your needs and what the project is about. Are you trying to entertain and have parties every weekend? Do you want your house to be where the neighborhood kids hang out? Do you want to prioritize music? Do you want a grand kitchen that is the main focal point?
Collaborate.
We want to COLLABORATE with you. While we might be the design professional, nobodies know what will serve you best more than yourself. We are more than happy to offer guidance and suggestions, or even offer a nudge in the right direction, but we want to make sure you are involved with the design to make suggestions.
