This charming three story single family home located near Mission Bay has breath taking views of the bay. When you walk outside, you are immediately welcomed with the smell of the ocean. Originally designed by a local firefighter and constructed in constructed in 1990, the new owners had outgrown the house and needed a refresh. The project consisted of an addition to enlarge the kitchen and a remodel of the loft to add an additional bedroom to the home.
